Our Premium Irish pork is sourced exclusively from Little River Pig Farm to give you the best bacon rashers. At the same time, they are expertly cured with Irish Atlantic Sea Salt.

Made using a traditional air-dried method.
We smoke our bacon using beechwood in our own dedicated smokehouse to give our smoked streaky rashers a rich and distinctive flavour.
