Ben’s favourite and a New York Classic. This Bacon Recipe is easy to make and super tasty.

MethodHeat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan and add the bacon. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
Mix cream cheese with chopped chives and freshly crushed black pepper.
Lightly grill the bagels for 1-2 minutes on each side. Spread each bagel with the chive cream cheese. Put two bacon rashers on each half of the bagel lay over the cream cheese.
Top with the sliced tomato and baby rocket leaves.
