Bagel with Unsmoked Streaky Rashers & Cream Cheese

Unsmoked Streaky Rashers with Atlantic Sea Salt

40g baby rocket
1 packet of Unsmoked Streaky Rashers
2 vine ripe tomatoes, sliced
3 bagels, cut in half
60g cream cheese
Pinch of black pepper
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh chives
1 teaspoon of vegetable oil


Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan and add the streaky bacon. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.

Mix cream cheese with chopped chives and freshly crushed black pepper.

Lightly grill the bagels for 1-2 minutes on each side. Spread each bagel with the chive cream cheese. Put two bacon rashers on each half of the bagel lay over the cream cheese.

Top with the sliced tomato and baby rocket leaves.
