Food safety touches everyone in the country. We all eat. Which is why Oliver Carty & Family ensure we produce pork and bacon products to the highest standards of food safety as well as quality.
We’re continuously striving maintain the highest possible standards by improving staff training our regularly reviewing our systems. And we’re compliant with all directives implemented by the Irish Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine, approved under the Bord Bia Meat Processor Quality Assurance Scheme and accredited to the Global Standard for Food Safety (BRCGS). We are also a certified member of the Irish Organic Association (IOA).
As a foodservice business, you need a supplier you can depend on. Oliver Carty & Family is that supplier. We have the capability and capacity to process a wide range of pork and bacon products as high volume everyday lines or bespoke premium products for foodservice and catering outlets including hotels, restaurants and delis.
