Little River Pig Farm

One of our key suppliers is the family-owned Little River Pig Farm in Enniscorthy, Wexford. Owned and operated by Carlow born pig farmer Joe Healy, they provide us with the finest Irish pork that we use to make our delicious rashers of Irish bacon.<br />

As one of our premium Irish bacon suppliers, Little River Pig Farm is run by third-generation pig farmer Joe Healy, like us here at Oliver Carty’s Joe’s family have passed down knowledge and experience for generations.

Irish Atlantic Sea Salt

To enhance the flavour of our bacon, we use 100% pure and natural Irish sea salt flakes from Irish Atlantic Sea Salt, a family-owned business based on the beautiful Beara Peninsula in West Cork, Ireland. The combination of our Irish bacon and this locally sourced sea salt creates a unique and unforgettable taste.
