Ingredients

1 packet of Beechwood Smoked Turkey Medallions
4 slices of GI bread
80g of Gruyere cheese sliced
Cranberry relish or chutney
Baby leaves
2 tablespoons of light mayonnaise

Method


Place the turkey medallions on a tray and grill until golden brown.

Toast the bread, spread it with mayonnaise and put 3 turkey medallions on one out of two slices of bread.

Top with cranberry relish and baby leaves. Cut it in half and serve.
