Oliver Carty creates a wide range of pork and bacon products as high-volume, everyday lines or bespoke premium products. We offer more than 160 ranges, producing everything from rashers and bacon to fillets and lardons and cover mainstream, organic, as well as free range products. We work with our partners to produce all proteins and use our NPD skills to constantly increase our range.
