Pork and bacon processing might not seem like the most obvious place to find new product innovation but it has been central to our success. We have adopted a ‘best in class’ approach to innovation and new product development.
Our kitchen is headed by our own developmental chef who oversees research and development, his innovative flair coupled with his extensive knowledge of the meat industry allows us to develop exciting new products. Our development team is multi-functional and comprises of our developmental chef, technical and food safety co-ordinators, sales and marketing personnel and has a strong input from operations personnel. Our strong focus on innovation and new product development has enabled our business to adapt and quickly respond to changing consumer needs and habits.
